Topic

Product

01Is ORBLYTICS a trading signal service?+

No. ORBLYTICS is an analytics and planning workspace. It explains rule-based levels and historical context; it does not promise outcomes or provide personalized investment advice.

02What does the subscription include?+

The production subscription includes the dashboard, historical review, strategy settings, AI-assisted trade planning, and supported exports. Experimental features remain unavailable until they pass internal validation.

03Can ORBLYTICS place a trade?+

No. ORBLYTICS does not connect to broker order execution. Every market price and trading decision must be verified independently.

Topic

Data & evidence

01Is the data real time?+

No. The historical stock-only pilot serves completed, certified stored sessions and does not provide live quotes, streams, or alerts. Every executable price must be verified with a broker.

02How are hit rates calculated?+

Hit rates use qualified historical trades matching the selected rule set. The denominator is shown with the result and changes when filters or timing rules change.

03Why might a broker chart differ?+

Provider timestamps, venue coverage, adjustments, corrections, and candle construction can differ. The product labels its source and treats broker verification as required.

Billing

01Can I cancel?+

Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe. Open Settings, choose Manage Membership, and use Stripe's secure portal for cancellation or payment-method updates.

02Does cancellation delete my account immediately?+

Cancellation generally stops the next renewal. Access continues according to the billing status shown in the customer portal and the terms presented at checkout.

03Where can I read the refund terms?+

The cancellation and refund policy explains eligibility and process. The terms shown during checkout control the specific purchase.

Topic

Risk & privacy

01Does a historical hit rate predict the next trade?+

No. A hit rate describes a qualified historical sample. Market regimes change, samples can be small, and realized execution includes costs and slippage not represented by a target touch.

02Is ORBLYTICS financial advice?+

No. The product provides general educational analytics. It does not account for an individual's financial situation, objectives, taxes, or suitability.

03What should I include in a support request?+

Include the page, symbol, ORB window, date, approximate time, timezone, and a screenshot. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or full account numbers.

Still need help?

Send one clear support request.

Include the affected page and enough context to reproduce the issue. Sensitive credentials and payment details should never be included.
