Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through the Stripe Billing Portal linked in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid billing period unless the checkout terms, a chargeback, or a policy violation require earlier termination.

Refund requests
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms presented at checkout, applicable law, service usage, and the circumstances of the request. A cancellation by itself does not automatically create a refund for time already billed. Contact support with the membership email and Stripe invoice identifier; qualifying legacy Whop purchases remain subject to their original checkout terms.

Trials and promotions
If a trial, discount, challenge, or promotion is offered, its duration, renewal price, eligibility, and cancellation deadline will be disclosed with that offer. Unless those terms explicitly say otherwise, promotional access cannot be repeatedly claimed by creating additional accounts.

Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so billing errors can be investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension while the payment provider reviews the transaction.
