Information we collect

We may process account identifiers, email address, display name, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, qualifying legacy Whop membership identifiers and status, saved settings, watchlists, service requests, security logs, device and browser information, product usage events, assistant conversations you choose to sync, and approved assistant memory. Payment card details are processed by the billing provider and are not stored by ORBLYTICS.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, verify paid access, save preferences, deliver market analytics, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, provide support, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

ORBLYTICS relies on service providers for membership and billing, authentication and database hosting, market data, AI-assisted analysis, infrastructure, email delivery, and error monitoring. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the service, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed sessions, restricted server credentials, and database security policies, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update product settings in the application and manage Stripe billing from the hosted portal linked in Settings. Legacy Whop members continue to manage that membership through Whop. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, or legal compliance.

Cookies and sessions

Essential cookies and browser storage are used for login sessions, access verification, product settings, and optional session-only assistant state. Optional first-party analytics run only after the analytics choice is allowed and respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Server credentials and private provider keys are never stored in browser storage. Review the Cookie Policy or reopen cookie preferences from the footer.

Children and changes

The service is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as providers or features change and will publish the revised date on this page.
