ORBLYTICS provides software-based market analytics and educational tools. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. No advice or broker-dealer relationship
ORBLYTICS is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or execution venue. Content, probabilities, historical dashboards, indicators, trade plans, alerts, and AI-assisted explanations are informational and educational only. If you explicitly connect and arm Auto Trade, ORBLYTICS can transmit your configured instructions to a supported third-party execution provider on your behalf. The provider—not ORBLYTICS—accepts, rejects, routes, and fills orders. You remain responsible for every configuration, order, gain, loss, tax, fee, and regulatory obligation.

3. Subscription and access
New paid access is sold and billed through Stripe; qualifying legacy memberships may remain managed through Whop. Price, billing period, renewal timing, taxes, and any trial terms are shown during checkout. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled through the applicable billing provider. Access may be restricted after cancellation, expiration, chargeback, failed payment, policy violation, or loss of an eligible membership.

4. Data and software limitations
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, unavailable, or sourced from a limited exchange feed. Values can differ from broker, SIP, exchange, or charting-platform data. Historical statistics do not guarantee future results. Software may experience interruptions, provider outages, calculation changes, or maintenance windows. Do not use ORBLYTICS as the sole source for a trade or risk decision.

5. Acceptable use
You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape or resell data, reverse engineer protected software, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use the service unlawfully. Automated access is allowed only through interfaces explicitly provided for that purpose.

ORBLYTICS and its software, branding, presentation, calculations, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains active.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. ORBLYTICS does not warrant uninterrupted operation, trading outcomes, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular strategy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORBLYTICS is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made using the service.

Features, supported symbols, providers, and these terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.
